Outside Sales Lighting Service Representative

Location Phoenix, Arizona, US JOB DESCRIPTION At

We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Lighting Service Representative at our location.

What you will do :

• Grow sales of AZLS lighting, services, and controls in the Arizona territory
• Call on property managers, institutions, and building owners to secure lighting retrofit opportunities
• Perform lighting and controls retrofit / conservation audits
• Grow new and existing client base
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
• Negotiate pricing, terms and prepare sales agreements
• Sell the full spectrum of Arizona Lighting Solutions offerings including lighting service, lighting projects, and value-added services
• Create and demonstrate financial value ROI for clients

What you will bring :

• Lighting, electrical, sign experience, or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the ability to fulfill all job responsibilities
• Three to five years of experience in identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities for lighting savings projects and / or energy conservation
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible to work anytime and must have a tenacious work attitude
• Capable to give a quick and accurate response to questions

Physical Requirements and Work Environment :

• There are no major physical demands for this position, but it does require the ability to drive and possess a good driving record
• Combination of office and field environments
