Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to discuss their insurance needs.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about product offerings and answer client queries.
- Assess clients' situations and present tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while upholding company values and standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
