Your Role :
- Lead Hunting : Actively seek out and identify new leads, gathering essential information for both buyers and sellers.
- Sales Funnel Management : Add and manage leads in our sales funnel, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.
- Client Connection : Build strong relationships with prospects through various communication channels, quickly establishing trust and rapport.

Compensation :
$85,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Identify Business Opportunities : Proactively seek out and target new business opportunities in key regions to expand our luxury client base.
Manage and Qualify Leads : Efficiently handle inbound sales inquiries, converting them into appointments so our agents can respond swiftly and effectively.
Database Management : Create and maintain an organized database of prospective and past clients, ensuring all lead information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Lead Generation : Follow up with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication methods to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
Performance Reporting : Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team, showcasing your progress toward company goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Must have a valid Real Estate License or motivated to get one
