YOUR ROLE :

As Senior Product Manager you'll bring business and technical acumen to help drive our strategic vision and activate authentic customer connections which deliver business value.

You have a deep understanding of digital marketing, content management, CRM and decisioning technologies which enable 1 : 1 personalization.

You'll be part of a talented team of experience strategists, designers, engineers, analysts and other key stakeholders, where you will dig into customer needs, assess gaps, develop roadmaps, define requirements, deliver features, monitor value and identify opportunities to optimize.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Product ownership for content and experience management platform, inclusive of CMS and AI decisioning hub

Clear communication of business value and outcomes of platform work to a wide variety of stakeholders

Translation of experience strategies into a well-managed roadmap with an iterative release cycle

Identification and activation of capabilities that deliver high-impact, customer-centric and personalized digital experiences at scale across the customer lifecycle

Management of a product backlog of features and functions that are well-defined and prioritized in close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver on the roadmap

Partnership with engineering and technical teams to ensure products are built to satisfy use cases and deliver business value

Product leadership roles on enterprise level projects with minimal direction

Support of Agile practices and ceremonies to reinforce iterative development and incremental delivery

Keeping a pulse on emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to client needs

REQUIRED SKILLS :

4+ years working in a product management, digital marketing, CRM or technical role in a related industry

Ideal candidate has a deep understanding of 1 : 1 personalization and AI-powered decisioning technologies for marketing, such as Pega, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.

Bachelor's degree; an MBA is a plus

Ability to think strategically and translate high-level goals into actionable plans and initiatives

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire cross-functional stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

Proven experience with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and methodologies that allow for an iterative and flexible approach

Proficiency in business success metrics to derive insights and make informed product decisions

Time management skills in working on multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to defined timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards

Ability to gather, compile, organize and synthesize large amounts of information

Experience with business planning and flow diagramming tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Miro etc.

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees.

As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to Chicago and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to : skill set, experience and training, certifications;
