Hartford HealthCare at Home is currently seeking a Weekend OASIS Nurse (RN, Registered Nurse) to join our homecare team. This position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care to patients in home and community-based settings.

Qualifications
Licensure : Registered Nurse with a license to practice in the State of CT
Education : Graduate of an Associate's or diploma program in nursing; Graduate of NLN approved BSN program preferred
Experience : One year nursing experience or one year nursing experience in a specialty; medical / surgery or home care, preferred.
Computer skills preferred
