What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Drive sales of Ormco products and solutions to meet and exceed assigned quotas and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with orthodontists and their teams to expand and retain business
- Conduct territory analysis and planning to ensure revenue goals are achieved
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and educational opportunities
- Utilize consultative and educational sales approaches to influence purchasing decisions
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of related industry experience with a successful track record in customer relationship and account management
- Ability to travel 30% overnight
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
