Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead our cross-functional teams in defining business strategy, technology roadmaps, and customer-centric solutions.

This role is pivotal in driving our growth in a multibillion-dollar market. You will leverage your extensive industry experience and deep customer insights to deliver compelling products that solve real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement product business plans, encompassing market trends, competitive analysis, revenue forecasting, and pricing strategies.

Customer-Centric Solutions : Foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs to create tailored product solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Lead and inspire cross-functional teams in executing complex business and technical proposals, presenting these solutions effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth analyses of market opportunities, customer applications, and competitor offerings to define and refine our product roadmap.

Revenue Growth : Drive the opportunity funnel and design wins alongside sales teams to meet and exceed annual revenue goals.

Thought Leadership : Develop comprehensive customer-facing tools, including presentations, white papers, and solution briefs, to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related field); MSEE and / or MBA preferred.

15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on compute technologies (CPU, GPU, FPGA). Proven track record in product marketing, business analysis, and customer engagement, particularly in the AI and data center markets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex environments.

Deep understanding of semiconductor design, product trade-offs, and the dynamics of the compute market.
