Home Care RN Supervisors - Flexible, Competitive Rates

As a Home Care RN Supervisor, you'll provide client care oversight, care coordination, and support to our team of home health aides and nursing assistants.

Status : Part-Time

Shift : Flexible schedule

Your Responsibilities will include :

Conducting client assessments and developing care plans
Supervising and training home care staff
Communicating with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations

Minimum Requirements :

Active North Carolina RN license required.
Minimum two years experience of supervisory or home care, home health, or related programs.
Professional Demeanor, Time Management, and Nursing Documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in quality management preferred.
Must be proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office.
