Sr. Client Service Associate
Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the financial service industry who is looking for a new and up incoming Sr. Client Service Associate to come and join their team! As a client service associate, your key job responsibilities will include providing operational and administrative support to client advisors, acting as a POC for all client issues, and building client relationships.
This opportunity will be fully in the office located in the West LA area. The salary for this opportunity ranges between 80k-120k depending on the level of experience.

Job Specifications :
- Providing operational and administrative support to the Client Advisors
- Acting as POC for all client issues
- Building client relationships while delivering white-glove customer service
- Working cross-functionally with different departments
- Over 4 years of Client Service and High-volume sales experience required
- Experience using financial software such as Salesforce, Schwab, TD Ameritrade, NFSC, or Fidelity highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
