We are seeking a senior associate attorney for our growing insurance defense / personal injury firm located in beautiful, new office space in the charming town of Glen Head, NY.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience handling cases involving premises liability; Labor Law claims;
automobile liability; and dog bite litigation, from inception to judgment. Trial experience is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities include :
- Significant client contact from beginning to end
- Frequent and timely reporting to clients and insurance carriers
- Drafting pleadings, responding to discovery demands, review and analysis of medical records
- Conducting and representing clients at depositions
- Court appearances in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and all NYC courts
- Preparing and responding to relevant motions
Please note that for the right candidate, there is the ability to work remotely from home on an as needed basis.
This position is a great opportunity, particularly for a candidate who resides on Long Island. We have been in business for 20 years.
