JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Manage day to day operations of a lawn & shrub care route for commercial and residential accounts
- Follow a daily route ensuring timely arrival at each scheduled stop while managing routine monthly route of customers
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides at residential and commercial accounts in the proper manner following safety procedures, SDS and label instructions
- Diagnose insect, disease, and weed issues on customer’s lawns
- Discuss scope of services provided to customer, answer customers questions on service
- Fill out and turn in legible, accurate and concise service tickets
- Call customers to confirm call ahead appointments
- Be responsible for managing a clean vehicle, equipment and uniform
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Minimum 1 year lawn & shrub care route based experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Mandatory drug screening and background check
- Highly motivated individual
- Desire to work on a team
- Good communication skills
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times as outlined
- Work well independently
SALARY :
$41,600 - $57,200 / year plus commission
