Full-time, Part-time, or PRN - Home Care
A minimum of 20 hours of direct patient care and 3 weekdays of availability per week is required.)
Catonsville, MD 21228 - 85% House calls, possible 15% SLC
A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time.

This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Catonsville, MD area.
All billed as Medicare Part B. We're looking for someone who has the availability to see a minimum of 20 hours of direct patient care per week.
Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability. The PT hired will work with the geriatric population.

The Physical Therapist hired will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in homes of older adults.

Job Requirements :
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
- Eligibility for Maryland state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week of direct patient care.
- Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability.
- Professionalism, accuracy, and dependability are essential.
- Passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence-based care.
- New Grads will be supported and mentored.
- If PRN, some experience is required.
