Position Summary
We are looking to fill an immediate opening for an organized and experienced Outside Sales Representative to initiate contact with clients and create tailored-fit proposals that will meet customer’s needs.
Local glass company is seeking someone to visit insurance companies and build relationships and referrals business growth.
This position will be out in the field often visiting and scheduling appointments with potential clients.
Responsibilities include :
Identify prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Recommend marketing strategies designed for a target market.
Visit clients and prospects on site, with a weekly sales plan reported to the management office.
Document all stops for the day along with taking notes.
Some Admin work required, entering in leads into our CRM system
Identify and establish contact with potential clients.
Schedule meetings with potential clients.
Generate and submit sales reports to management.
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.
Requirements :
Proven track record of outside sales experience
Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing clients
Strong attention to detail
Good time management skills
Must have valid driver’s license and smart phone
