We are currently seeking a Full Time Server to join our team at our Sycamore Reserve Senior Living Community. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining service to our residents in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities :
Greet residents and their guests in a friendly and welcoming manner- Take residents' orders and serve meals in a timely fashion- Ensure resident satisfaction by responding to their requests and needs promptly- Maintain a clean and organized dining area- Assist with setting tables and preparing dining room for service- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all dietary restrictions and special requests are accommodated- Provide support during special events and activities as needed
Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a restaurant or senior living setting preferred- Excellent customer service skills- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work well in a team environment- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
