Physician / Hospitalist - Nocturnist / Illinois / Permanent / J1/H1b CHICAGO HOSPITALIST/NOCTURNIST

Chicago, IL : We seek a skilled NOCTURNIST to join a growing private practice based in the city and serving hospital clients both downtown and in the closest suburbs.

This progressive regional medical practice employs more than two dozen Physicians and APPs committed to patient centered care, providing outpatient primary care and specialty services as well as inpatient care in acute care hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.

Candidates who already hold an Illinois license will receive priority attention. Physicians requiring J1 or H1b visa support are encouraged to apply.

Your initial assignment will be a NIGHT SHIFT Hospitalist role in Oak Park, just west of downtown Chicago. You will cover inpatients including the ICU, so you should be prepared to handle procedures such as intubation, central line placement, running codes, managing ventilators, etc.

You will process overnight admissions, which can run from 3-4 on an average night to as many as 5-8 on the high end. FULL OR PART TIME schedules are available.

Full time will be 7 nights on / 7 nights off, Tuesday through Monday, 7pm-7am.You will be employed by the practice and will earn a very competitive salary plus benefits include paid relocation assistance, a cash sign-on bonus, paid liability insurance, health and dental insurance, a budget for your CME expenses, and more.
