Welcome to Rogue Solar a BYLD Better Division! We are a locally owned and operated solar and roofing business in Virginia Beach, partnering with the highest quality product manufacturers in the country! We are currently seeking highly motivated salespeople who are driven, coachable, and eager to make serious money.
This is a position you can start almost immediately!
Our top reps earn $100k or more per year, many starting with ZERO experience. We provide all the training and resources you need to maximize your earning potential.
This is a door-to-door position where your effort directly determines your success.

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics :
1) Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
2) Demonstrate a strong drive to achieve transformative financial independence.
3) Exude confidence, competitiveness, and the ability to connect effectively with others.
4) Door-to-door sales experience is preferred, but not required!
5) Experience in automotive, solar, or roofing sales gives you a competitive edge!
