The Senior Business Analyst - IT will drive execution in the product line, ensure effective delivery in the product line, run, grow, and transform the product line as well as apply technical knowledge to solve business problems.

In addition, the Analyst will manage solutions across team members within own team, across other IT teams and with 3rd party vendors.

This position is a Hybrid role based in our Racine, WI office.

Responsibilities

In conjunction with Business Product Manager, prioritizes the backlog and ensures expected value is understood for a product or products, with a moderately complex and small group of stakeholders.

Drives backlog refinement activities including story creation in alignment with the portfolio practices.

  • Collaborates closely with the business partners, other internal IT team members, and SaaS solution provider in order to provide the right levels of service and support to deliver the overall product and ensures continuous progress across the technical team.
  • Works with others in an agile way and may work with all levels of the organization to manage the flow of new ideas, facilitate IT investment decision making, to avoid redundancy, and manage dependencies.
  • Uses functional understanding of the business processes to drive excellence in user stories, Dealer Lending experience, and Acceptance criteria to ensure the delivery of error-free products to the client community.
  • Engage partners to support important business decisions.
  • Partner and collaborate across organizations to optimize outcomes.
  • Understands the domains of any core technologies that the product requires to deliver capabilities.
  • Drive and support software vendor relationship to create a true partnership bringing strong solutions and customer experience to the internal users and dedicated dealer organization users.
  • Working in a traditional project team utilizing agile concepts and moving toward a product team structure.

The annual salary for this role is $114,300 - $139,700 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science and Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or a similar discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT with business software application.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree in IT, Business, or Computer Science subject area plus 9 or more years of experience in IT with specific knowledge in the business domain in which the product exists will be considered.
  • Experience with a Lending or Accounts Receivable application through IT project implementation or in an IT support role.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Basic familiarity with the principles of design thinking, and lean and agile software delivery.
  • Experience in product or service design, delivery, and or enhancements.
  • Experience with product management and the product development life cycle.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Experience in dealer / distributor financing.
  • Experience working on a software application installation project.
