Liberty Personnel is working with a growing client expanding their accounting team. This role interact with the entire finance team and give you an expertise in multi-state taxes, AP and General Ledger accounting.
Skills / Responsibilities :
- Perform General ledger monthly close
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Post Cash Receipts, manage A / R, deposits, prepare A / R statements
- Prepare monthly credit card reconciliation
- Process Accounts Payable check runs
- Process Accounts Payable invoices with 3-way match
- Resolve vendor billing questions and invoice variances
- Collection of payments from customers
Background / Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- 1+ years of accounting experience with A / R, A / P and general accounting
- Understanding of US GAAP compliance
- Excel Skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS)
- ERP systems Skills
