Title : Configuration Analyst
Location : 100% Remote
Type : Contract
Pay : $35-45 / Hourly on W2
Responsibilities :
The Configuration Analyst manages the setup and maintenance of the Client's systems, apps, and databases like Clinical CareAdvance (CCA), Process Communication Tracking (PCT), SyntraNet, etc.
They handle production controls, system configurations, and documentation. They also work with others in and outside the organization to improve configuration practices, enhance systems, and resolve operational issues related to configuration changes.
- Collaborate with peers across departments and the organization to support configuration management best practices
- Assist in maintaining and updating system codes for surround systems
- Support the implementation and enhancement of systems and process improvements
- Track and address operational issues related to configuration changes
- Review and address system edits and response time issues
Requirements :
- At least 1 years of experience in a Systems Configuration, Claims or other Operations department
- Knowledge of standard programming and logic to facilitate the maintenance of system configuration files and tables, along with supporting documentation
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- Able to meet strict, tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
