Zayo is seeking a Senior Technical Business Relationship Manager . This is a unique opportunity that will enable Zayo's rapid growth by spearheading digital transformation of business processes and supporting technology.
Responsibilities :
Leads direction-setting for the technology products supporting Zayo's IT Shared Services for Enterprise Application Services.
This is an IT-facing role supporting one-third of a value stream. Enterprise Application Services has 6 scrum teams - integration, test automation, devops, salesforce, servicenow, and oracle.
- Owns the technology product vision, strategy, and roadmap and is actively engaged in driving work to realize value and move metrics.
- Develops and implements product strategies consistent with company vision, collecting and analyzing customers' feedback, collaborates with stakeholders to shape requirements, features, and end products.
- Communicates internally and externally to evangelize vision and inspire all stakeholders to get them on the same page.
- Develops product launch plans, messaging, and all elements necessary to maximize release / launch success.
- Manages all aspects of the relationship between the business and technology teams, unifying concerns as diverse as functionality, reliability, incident response, work scheduling, etc.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record taking ownership of technical products from conceptual idea through launch, sustainment, and enhancement.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, Servicenow, and Oracle with TCS as a major vendor.
- Demonstrated experience working in an agile delivery environment defining epics, capabilities, and features.
- Demonstrated experience operating in a managed services environment and knows how to set performance objectives for a 3rd party provider and coach the provider to provide maximum value.
- Expert-level communication and collaboration skills. Listens well, writes well. Is the catalyst that when added to a team improves their focus and performance.
- Ability to motivate and inspire people where there is no direct reporting relationship.
- Proactive and pursues continuous improvement and value with a passion.
Base Salary Range : $95,800 - $136,900 USD / annually, commensurate with experience.
