Nos exigences

  • Diplôme d’études professionnelles en cuisine d’établissement
  • Expérience pertinente d’au moins 1 an
  • Savoir organiser, faire preuve d’autonomie et de leadership
  • Avoir l’esprit d’équipe
  • Être orienté vers la satisfaction du client

Tes tâches

  • Effectuer la mise en place des aliments et en faire le service
  • Observer et faire observer les règles de sécurité, d’hygiène, de salubrité ainsi que les directives
  • Superviser le travail du personnel de cuisine
  • Veiller au respect des normes de qualité des aliments
  • Vérifier l’inventaire des denrées, veiller à l’approvisionnement des denrées manquantes ainsi que de leur rotation
