Nos exigences
- Diplôme d’études professionnelles en cuisine d’établissement
- Expérience pertinente d’au moins 1 an
- Savoir organiser, faire preuve d’autonomie et de leadership
- Avoir l’esprit d’équipe
- Être orienté vers la satisfaction du client
Tes tâches
- Effectuer la mise en place des aliments et en faire le service
- Observer et faire observer les règles de sécurité, d’hygiène, de salubrité ainsi que les directives
- Superviser le travail du personnel de cuisine
- Veiller au respect des normes de qualité des aliments
- Vérifier l’inventaire des denrées, veiller à l’approvisionnement des denrées manquantes ainsi que de leur rotation
