Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney at Garson Johnson LLC. The Associate Attorney will primarily be responsible for representing our workers compensation clients at hearings in front of the Industrial Commission.
While the role is based in Cleveland, Ohio, remote work is available.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in Ohio workers compensation
- Research abilities
- Negotiation skills
- Experience in civil litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership
