What You’ll Do :
- Provide meaningful therapeutic support for adults and children, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges and reach their personal goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that respect each client’s unique experiences and strengths.
- Conduct regular therapy sessions, creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported.
- Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded, comprehensive care.
- Maintain clear and timely records to support client progress and facilitate smooth insurance processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Active LMFT license in the state.
- Experience working with a variety of populations, including older adults, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
Benefits
- Salary Range : $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.
