Retail Stock Associate
RETAIL STOCK ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION At Magnolia, the Retail Stock Associate is responsible for managing the accurate and efficient flow of products for all Magnolia Market retail stores on Silos grounds.
This includes the unloading of deliveries, receipt of products , organization of back of house , replenishment of product , regular cycle counts, and removal of damaged or defective items.
This position works at the Magnolia Market in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Inventory Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Learn and use all available technology to perform daily tasks , including operation of RF -SMART devices and performing transactions within the inventory management system Perform o ther duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Soft skills : Excellent communication skills in a highly collaborative environment, coachable Education : High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred Experience : 1 year of warehouse or stockroom experience preferred While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit;
use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception , and ability to adjust focus.
