About Us :
We are a kosher sushi chain with a robust brand presence, aiming to significantly elevate our market positioning and brand recognition.
Our goal is ambitious : growing our revenue from 7 figures to 9 within the next 5-7 years. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to join us on this exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Lead a marketing team with a clear vision and innovative approach.
- Oversee and provide strategic direction for social media campaigns, promotions, email marketing, SEO, advertising, web and print design, product development strategy, and photoshoots.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms.
- Drive expansion efforts into new markets while strengthening our presence in existing ones.
Ideal Candidate :
Deep understanding of Jewish and Orthodox Jewish communities, with sensitivity to various cultural traditions and customs.

- Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a marketing team.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.

- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach.
Requirements :
- Willingness to spend the first 9-12 months working on-site to immerse in the company culture and operations.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, as our business thrives during these times.
- Ability to travel as needed for market expansion and other business needs.
