Key ResponsibilitiesAssist faculty with course design, development, and delivery using D2L and other technologiesTroubleshoot technical issues related to online courses and instructional toolsCollaborate with the Online Education team to maintain and update online course materialsRequired Qualifications and EducationMinimum of two (2) years of experience with technology or equivalent educationSome experience in HTML and CSS, multimedia, and Adobe Creative Suite or related toolsProficiency in using a variety of computer and technology-related software and equipmentAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
