Position Overview :
As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a patient-centered care environment. Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager, you will employ evidence-based practices aligned with the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and medical staff directives.
Utilize your skills to create comprehensive care plans addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs for patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current Connecticut RN License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN required)
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association and proof of Arrhythmia Certification required prior to hire
