Responsibilities :
- Establish contact with potential clients in theindustry through cold calling, emailing, scheduling face-to-face meetings, andutilizing job boards.
- Cultivate new relationships and maintainexisting connections with companies in the customer database through in-personvisits, regular phone interactions, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Develop strong relationships with hiringmanagers within current accounts to enhance partnership opportunities.
- Create and deliver presentations on our clientsolutions to potential clients, at trade shows, and other major events.
- Innovate new strategies or methods to help thesales team achieve monthly revenue targets and boost company profitability.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of lightindustrial staffing to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilitiesas assigned.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Sales and Marketing, Business Development, or a related field, or equivalentexperience.
- 0-3 years of experience in a staffingenvironment, with familiarity in account management and recruitment salespractices.
- Understanding of industry regulations and bestpractices.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer serviceabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attentionto detail.
- Capability to perform well in a fast-paced andoccasionally stressful environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similarsoftware.
- Reliable transportation with the ability totravel up to 50% of the time.
