This position is currently located in Hampton, NH, but the facility will be relocating to Durham, NH in 2025
Compensation :
- $1,500 Sign on Bonus*
- Eligible for Annual Increases

2nd Shift Schedule :
- This position is for 2nd shift.
- Monday Friday 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM
- There could be training on 1st shift for up to 1 month
- Overtime available on a business need basis.
What You Will Do :
- You will safely operate and maintain assigned machine / equipment.
- You will follow paperwork flow, QA, and Shop Floor policies and procedures.
- You will operate furnaces using the Distributive Control System.
- You will maintain required heat-treating records.
- You will adhere to strict parts specifications.
- You will learn and understand Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- You will evaluate product quality and performs minor adjustments to equipment to meet quality standards.
- You will assist Shift Lead and Furnace Operator as needed.
- You will escalate issues impacting the manufacturing process to immediate supervisor and / or Team Lead and incoming shift when necessary.
- You will maintain cleanliness of shop.
Qualifications You Must Have :
- Typically requires a HS diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience required.
