Data Entry Clerk / Customer Service

We are currently looking to fill a full time Policy Issue Clerk position in our new business department. This is an entry level position, starting wage will be between $12-$16 / hr DOE with a Monday - Friday business hours schedule.
There are also benefits available (health insurance, life insurance, vacation, sick and holiday pay).
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications :
- Fluent in the Spanish language
- Customer service oriented
- Self-motivated
- Dynamic, friendly and outgoing personality

- Multi-tasking
Responsibilities include :
- Enter New applications
- Inbound & outbound calls from the sales force
- Provide excellent customer service on phone and thru email
- Other special projects as assigned
Although not required, if you have any prior experience working with insurance you are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements
- Fluent Spanish speaking
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Type 50+ wpm
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 4 : 45 pm
