- Med / Surg is 1 : 5-6 days. 1 : 6-7 nights
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Not Required
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Required - Medical / Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
- Locals not accepted : 75 mile radius
