Location : Suffolk County Sheriff's Department in Boston, MA
Schedule : Per Diem
Pay rate : $28.85 / hour

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in human services, criminal justice, education or closely related field required
- CADC, LADC 2 or other comparable certification / license or equivalent experience with substance use treatment groups / services required
- Must have experience working with justice involved individuals and / or in a correctional setting.
- Must have at least 2 years' experience working with those afflicted with substance use and opioid use disorders.
- Staff must be able to pass extensive background check and pass drug screening
The Counselor is responsible for :
Providing evidence based psychoeducation to offenders according to approved curriculum and completing required documentation.
