Our Minneapolis headquarters is home to our warehouse and distribution teams, along with purchasing, marketing, visual merchandising, IT, HR, accounting, and our central customer service team, Brain Trust.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, organization, and checking tasks off a list. You'll work across multiple departments-primarily Marketing, Content, and Visual Merchandising-providing essential organizational support to ensure work is completed on time and with precision.
This position is execution focused. The right candidate will find fulfillment in ensuring processes are followed, deadlines are met, and no detail is missed. If you're the type of person who enjoys tracking progress, following procedures, and keeping projects moving forward, you'll be an excellent fit.
Responsibilities will also include assisting with external vendor communications and follow-ups, serving as a reliable link between our internal teams and outside partners. This position requires someone who is motivated, dependable, and energized by getting things done in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and task details stay on schedule
- Provide day-to-day organizational support for Marketing, Content, and Visual Merchandising teams under the direction of the VP – Communications & Business Development
- Assist with vendor communications, follow-ups, and project coordination
- Keep project documentation, schedules, and task lists accurate and up-to-date
- Monitor progress on deliverables and proactively follow up to keep tasks on track
- Adapt quickly when business priorities shift, while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
