Our client is seeking CNC Machine Operators to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the CNC Machining Team.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : CNC Machine Operator
Location : Saukville, WI
Pay Range : $20 / hour
What’s the Job?
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
- Select the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials needed for each job.
- Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot issues as needed.
What’s Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in CNC machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operations.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
