LNJ Investments Corporation dba SmartStyle is a large franchise of salons that currently operate in 64 locations across Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, and West Virginia.
LNJ leads the Regis Franchisee with their performance driven mindset and dedication to growth. The company’s operating approach is so unique to the beauty industry and challenges it’s team members to want more with the belief of strong work ethic and loyalty.
Overview
We are looking for a competent OL to drive in Revenue. They must champion and instill the LNJ culture throughout all operational functions.
They review ongoing performance results to targets on sales and assist COO to implement corrective measures. Your job is important since the efficient handling of the company’s products and supplies is critical for the attainment of business goals.
A successful Operations Leader is a reliable professional who thrives in a high energy, high volume environment. They have a keen eye for problem solving and can easily identify and execute on the solution.
Resourcefulness in getting the problem solved. They keep calm under pressure.
The OL is directly responsible for the SmartStyle Salon Revenue. The OD is responsible for improving and maintaining human capital decision recommendations, tactical decisions, synergies, development, and overall top-line productions and bottom-line performance for LNJ.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES REQUIRED :
- Know how to track margin, inventory, and operational efficiency (you should know what a P&L is and what CashFlow means to the business)
- Previous Leadership / Supervisor experience (5+ years)
- Proficient at using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Can maximize throughput and timeliness

- Ensures that Salons are visually set following company directions and that promotional displays are coordinated and executed.
- Ensures that outside supply is replenished and budget is managed.
- Oversee day to day operations.
- Maintain strong profibility for the business.
- Have expert level knowledge of products.
- Define and analyze metrics that provide the team with process insight.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Project Management over remodels
- Supply fulfillment and staying within budget
- Recruiting top talent.
- Facilitate and resolve maintenance and communications issues
