Party Staff is Hiring Catering Server in North County San Diego (Carlsbad, CA.)!

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Servers must have a minimum of six months experience in catering, banquet, or restaurant service.

All employees must :

• Have Saturday availability from April-June and September-December.*
• Seasonal availability from January-May
• Have the ability to get to and from events in a timely manner
• Maintain high grooming and appearance standards
• Have a positive attitude
• With the exception of religious reasons, in which case, accommodations will be made.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and break down catering events, including tables, chairs, and decorations
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with food preparation, including plating and garnishing dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and supplies
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
• Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages

Requirements :

• Previous experience in catering or serving is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bartending skills is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment

Note : This position may require working in a hotel or special event setting, depending on the specific job location.

Pay Rate : $18 / hr to $20 / hr
