Medication Tech - CNA - Full-Time Double Weekends, 3p-11p or 11p-7a

Full Time Opportunities : (Weekend Doubles 7a-11p); CNA 3p-11p; MAT 11p-7a
Description :
- Provide exceptional personal care
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Ensure all medication documentation is current and correct, including but not limited to, medication administration forms, physician orders, change of dosages, written orders to confirm telephone orders, etc.
- Pour, pass, and assist with administration of medications in accordance with state regulations.
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed.
- Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies.
- Ensure medication room is completely stocked with all required continuous, PRN, Over-The-Counter (OTC), and other medications as ordered by physicians.
- Engage residents in activities and social interaction.
Requirements :
- MUST have a big heart and be willing to work in an Assisted Living / Memory Care Setting
- Must have CNA Certificate for CNA opportunities
- Must have MAT Certificate for MAT opportunities
- Ability to Lift 50 lbs
- Transportation (Must have a car)
- Open Availability / Flexibility
