We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and critical thinkers to join our Landscape Architecture team as a Landscape Project Manager .

Job Functions : Project Management, Supervision
Location : Culver City, CA
Salary : $70,000 $90,000
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage the design process of open space and site work for multi-family developments, public parks, schools, and other outdoor open spaces.
- Lead internal team(s) working on multiple projects.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope.
- Perform technical review(s) of construction documents.
- Become involved in the development and evolution of KFA’s Landscape Architectural practice.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- 10-15 years related experience.
- Great communication skills.
- Licensure is preferred.
- Understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up or similar 3-D tools.
- Planting and irrigation design skills.
