This opening is a pivotal position for our client as they continue to build and elevate their Community Management program across the organization while supporting day to day functions.
This role is NOT focused on "creating content, posting on social media, building content calendars". Responsibilities : * oIdentifying and engaging with comments and questions on Facebook / Instagram / Meta oEscalating to, and working with, the marketing / communication reps within the business units to deliver responses oDocumenting and building out a playbook for community management oDeveloping reporting on the impact of social media and the community management oUsing Brandwatch, Khoros, Sprout Social, and other social media listening tools to understand trends*Top Skills Details : 3 years of tactical experience as a Community Manager* Developed reporting and conducting analysis of social media / community management using social media listening tools* Experience of how to work within a brand style guide or working with multiple brands*Additional Skills & Qualifications : *Agency industry will be a huge plusSpecific tool experience with things like Brandwatch, Khoros, Sprout Social etc is a plus*Experience Level : *Intermediate Level About TEKsystems : We're partners in transformation.
