Responsibilities
Hours of Operation : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
JOB SUMMARY
This position has primary responsibility for review and auditing of admission consent forms for completeness and accuracy per regulatory standards and agency guidelines.
Responsible for processing new referrals.
Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Education / Regulatory Requirements : Some college preferable.
- Skills : Must have 3 years’ experience in healthcare administrative or customer service industry.Knowledge of hospice and home health programs is desirable.
Computer literate.Ability to develop and apply effective customer service skills.
Professional Requirements : Organized, flexible, self-motivated with the ability to communicate with all levels of the medical team.
Ability to develop hospice clinical knowledge base.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to establish effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
Language Skills : Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
