Job Details

Responsibilities :

As a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include :

1. Leading and managing large, complex projects from initiation to completion.

2. Developing comprehensive project plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.

3. Performing risk management to minimize project risks and maintain the overall project direction.

4. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are in line with the strategic goals of the organization.

5. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

6. Developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.

7. Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

8. Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.

9. Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications :

1. A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, preferably within the Construction industry.

2. Proven ability to lead and manage large, complex projects.

3. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

4. Experience with Saws, cps, TXDot, City of San Antonio, or equivalent is required.

5. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

6. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent decision-making skills.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

9. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

10. Strong understanding of the finance industry and its regulations and compliance requirements.

11. Proficiency in using project management software and other standard office software, including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
