An Urgent Care facility is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage. While in Nags Head, NC start your day by exploring the stunning Jockey's Ridge State Park, home to the East Coast's largest sand dunes.
Then, head to the iconic Nags Head Fishing Pier for some fishing or simply to savor fresh seafood while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The clinician will work with an established team. This role is outpatient urgent care only. BLS and ACLS required. Required procedures include suturing, splinting, burn care, I&D, foreign body removal, elbow reduction, and laceration repairs.
The facility has 7 exam rooms, X-ray, iStat, CBC. The EMR is EPIC. The credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days.
