Client Consultation : Engage with clients, assess their risk exposure, and recommend suitable coverage options.Risk Analysis : Evaluate client needs to determine appropriate coverage levels and policy types.
Policy Development : Craft personalized insurance plans that align with clients' risk profiles and financial goals.Client Education : Educate clients on insurance products, coverage details, and policy benefits.
Client Retention : Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to enhance client service and agency success.
Requirements
Licensing : Must hold a valid Washington state insurance license.Sales Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Customer Focus : Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Team Player : Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work effectively with others.
