Job Summary :
The User Experience Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered, high-quality interfaces.
This role focuses on enhancing product design and user experience through critical thinking, communication, and design reviews.
Responsibilities :
- Translate business requirements into user interface specifications.
- Participate in design reviews and provide UX recommendations.
- Conduct usability testing and research to propose new concepts.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and technical constraints.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and improve UX methodology.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Usability, or related field.
- 0-2 years (3+ years preferred, or 1+ with master’s degree).
- Knowledge of UCD principles, web technologies, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and prototyping tools.
- Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
