Job Description :

As a Full Stack Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of highly skilled engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-driven insurance solutions.

You will be responsible for driving the technical vision, architecture, and execution of full-stack development projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet business objectives.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation in the InsureTech space.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI-driven insurance products, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and UX / UI designers, to define and implement technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Drive the architecture and design of scalable, reliable, and secure web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Ensure the team adheres to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD).
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and technical excellence within the team.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful and timely completion of development initiatives.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and technical roadmap of the company, providing insights and recommendations for future product development.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience integrating AI models into web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
• Experience in the insurance industry or InsureTech space is highly desirable.
