We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team and help us maintain our high standards.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff
• Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
• Develop and maintain recipes that meet our restaurant's standards
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
• Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen

Requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
