We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team and help us maintain our high standards.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Develop and maintain recipes that meet our restaurant's standards
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen
Requirements :
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
