We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on a per diem basis.
As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a variety of settings including ICU / Intensive Care, CCU / Critical Care, Med Surg / Medical / Surgical, DOU / Telemetry, and ER / ED (Emergency Room / Emergency Department).
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the delivery of patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse
- Provide basic patient care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take vital signs and record patient information
- Assist with medical procedures and tests
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in patient care conferences and team meetings
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of California
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in an acute care setting
- BLS / CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
