Role : Certified Medical Assistant
Location : The Woodlands, TX
Shift : 8 AM - 5 PM
Duration : 3+ Months
Pay Rate : $21 / hr
Note : Must be flexible to float between clinic locations
Job Summary :
Support patient care under physician direction, handling exams, procedures, and administrative tasks per regulatory standards.
Responsibilities :
- Greet patients, prepare for exams, take vitals, and verify info.
- Assist providers with procedures, lab prep, and medication administration.
- Educate patients on medications and diet.
- Document care details and manage billing info.
- Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is ready.
Qualifications :
- Certified Medical Assistant; clinical experience required
- Knowledge of billing, coding, and infection control
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
