ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is looking for a Pre-Construction Project Manager to join the Pre-Construction department. This role has come about due to company growth, and you will be involved in every stage of the project until construction work starts.
The position is very client-facing and will involve a lot of reading blueprints and discussing with the General Contractor, discussing the schedules of the project with the General Contractor, Ordering Subcontractors, and materials verifying the price of the project and ordering materials.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have at least 3 years’ experience working in the HVAC industry, ideally working for a sub-contractor that works on multifamily projects.
It would be preferred if you already have experience working in a Pre-Construction role, but I am also open to someone who has been working on-site for 3 or 4 years as an Engineer or Project Manager and looking to move into a Pre-Construction position.
