- Center Manager
- Assistant Manager

Center Manager Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the plasma center, including staff management, donor relations, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management efforts to build a strong, motivated team.
- Ensure smooth operations, driving the center’s performance and ensuring a positive donor experience.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to implement strategies that support company goals.
Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Center Manager in daily operations, ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant.
- Assist with staff management, scheduling, and performance oversight.
- Manage donor relations and ensure a supportive and welcoming environment for both staff and donors.
- Take a lead role in problem-solving and process improvement to help the center reach its full potential.
Qualifications (For Both Roles) :
- Center Manager : Significant past experience in plasma center management is strongly required.
- Assistant Manager : Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or plasma center setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in plasma collection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred (for Center Manager).
